We are seeking a driven and innovative individual to join us in expanding our workforce across the nation. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will employ progressive recruitment strategies to identify and attract top-tier candidates while fostering strong relationships across all organizational levels. This role offers a unique blend of responsibilities.

In this dynamic position, you will:

  • Coordinate and oversee new hire onboarding activities, meticulously planning and scheduling all necessary initiatives.
  • Conduct initial screening and evaluation of resumes, coordinate interview schedules, and maintain open communication with hiring managers post-interview.
  • Develop both active and passive talent pools by strategically placing advertisements, leveraging social media outreach, email campaigns, cold calling, and active participation in job fairs.
  • Proactively manage expectations throughout the hiring journey, fostering clear communication internally and externally to provide a positive candidate experience.
  • Take charge of the complete recruitment lifecycle – from sourcing exceptional candidates to extending job offers, and managing all intermediate stages effectively.
  • Enhance and streamline our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) while ensuring comprehensive user training.
  • Provide crucial support to the Talent Acquisition team by mastering the end-to-end recruitment process for all-level positions. This includes partnering with managers to comprehensively grasp their staffing needs.
  • Collaborate closely with facility managers to gain insights into business objectives and remain up-to-date with current and future hiring requirements.
  • Implement structured interview guides and candidate scoring mechanisms to ensure fair and effective evaluations.
  • Champion the training of interviewers in effective interview techniques, ensuring consistent and high-quality candidate interactions.

Skills and qualifications we're looking for:

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage professionally and effectively.
  • Strong grasp of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and recruitment metrics.
  • Profound familiarity with progressive recruiting trends and industry best practices.
  • Bachelor's degree coupled with at least 1 year of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Working knowledge of applicant tracking systems, alongside expertise in candidate sourcing tools and technologies.
  • Proficiency in sourcing techniques, with hands-on experience utilizing platforms like LinkedIn, Twitter, and Facebook to identify and engage top-tier talent.
  • Results-driven mindset with a commitment to quality, performance, and meeting deliverables.
  • Proven capability to establish credibility, forge relationships, and navigate ambiguous environments while maintaining strict confidentiality.
  • Effective multitasker with demonstrated prioritization skills.
  • Thorough understanding of employment laws, regulations, and equal opportunity practices.
