Systems Analyst Jobs

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

• LAN/WAN configuration and connectivity
• Provides IT-related technical support and system administration to the USAF ATC mission
• Configures and tests Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIG)
• Performs research and development
• Active Directory domain
• Windows, RHEL and ESXi based clients and servers
• Installs and tests software patches and firmware updates
• Various Software Defined Radio (SDR) radio systems
• Works with USAF Air Traffic Control communications, computing, and tracking systems
• IP-enabled telephones
• User accounts and access to local and networked resources
• Provides remote technical support to system users/operators
• Identifies, diagnoses, troubleshoots and fixes errors and problems with:
• Documents support such as hardware/software installation procedures and user guides

Minimum Skills & Requirements

• Windows Server 2016/2019 in at least two of the following four roles/functions:
• Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager
• Battlefield Command Control and Communications (BC3) systems
• DNS
• IP-enabled telephones
• Six or more years of direct, hands-on experience providing IT-related technical support for DoD Command and Control (C2) and Command, Control, Communications, Computers Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (C4ISR) programs, projects or initiatives that included the following:
• RT-9000D HF Transceiver
• Domain Controller
• Active CompTIA Security + Certification
• Administrator level experience with at least 3 of the following four operating systems:
• Encryption devices such as the KG-175
• Configuration and/or troubleshooting experience with at least five of the following 11 technologies:
• Tactical Radios
• DHCP
• RHEL
• Ground to Air Transmitter/Receiver
• ESXi
• Windows 10/11 Professional/Enterprise
• Cisco switches and routers
• File Server
• Joint Relay Extension
• Tactical Data Links
• 721S family of Fixed Site VHF-UHF Radio Transceivers

Desired Skills & Requirements

• Past direct experience USAF ATC Radar systems such as the Mode 5 Operational Autonomous Surveillance System (Mode 5 OAS), Airport Surveillance Radar – 8 (ASR-8), and AN/TPS-75 Long Range Radar
• Network + certification
• CCNA certification
• VMware Certified Technical Associate or higher certification
• Past, direct experience with USAF Air Traffic Control (ATC) systems and subsystems
• Microsoft operating system certification (client or server)

SRC IS A CONTRACTOR FOR THE U.S. GOVERNMENT, THIS POSITION WILL REQUIRE U.S. CITIZENSHIP AS WELL AS, A U.S. GOVERNMENT SECURITY CLEARANCE AT THE SECRET LEVEL
