We are seeking a Systems Administrator to join our team. You will play a crucial role in managing and maintaining our organization's technology infrastructure. This is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic and collaborative setting where your contributions will directly impact our operations. We believe in a healthy work/life balance. This is for our Sioux Falls location. Commute and/or relocation required.

Qualifications And Duties

• Familiarity with network protocols, security principles, and TCP/IP protocols.
• Proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting Windows and Linux operating systems.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation related to system configurations and procedures.
• Administer and maintain our systems and network infrastructure, ensuring their reliability and security.
• Previous experience as a Systems Administrator or a similar role.
• Monitor system performance and proactively identify and resolve any issues or bottlenecks.
• Ability to work independently.
• Requires on-site work in Sioux Falls, SD.
• Assist in the evaluation and selection of hardware, software, and tools to enhance our infrastructure.
• Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V.
• Solid knowledge of systems and network administration in a non-corporate environment.
• Implement and maintain backup and disaster recovery strategies.
• Perform system installations, configurations, and upgrades, adhering to best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the deployment and integration of new technologies.
