System Engineer Jobs

Job will consist of designing, implementing, and supporting on-premise server, network, and cloud IT infrastructure with an emphasis on Office 365 and Azure. Candidates will be working alongside a team of professionals and partners to implement projects and provide ongoing services and support. We are looking for a motivated individual who is willing to learn and looking for a long term growth opportunity.

Responsibilities

• Support large scale cloud email and data migrations (Office 365)
• Support IOT Infrastructure
• Create bill of materials for projects and get quotes from vendors
• Answer support calls
• Install, Terminate, and Test Low Voltage Cabling
• Manage tickets in a ticketing system
• Install and Support small to mid size site networks (Meraki, Ubiquiti)
• Design, Implement, Manage, Monitor and Support all facets of IT infrastructure
• Rack and install IT equipment
• Work with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution
• Manage Active Directory and Azure Active Directory
• Implement projects for different clients and provide ongoing support of systems

Qualifications

• Moderate Microsoft Windows experience
• Moderate cloud experience, preferably with Azure
• 2-5 years experience in the IT field
• Moderate networking experience
• Experience in configuring, monitoring and troubleshooting systems
• Strong technical skills and general knowledge of computer systems
• Some experience with cloud email and data migration (BitTitan, Sharegate)
• Some experience with virtualization (VMWare, Hyper-V)
• Moderate scripting skills (Powershell)
