Systems Engineer (Hybrid)

They seek a talented Systems Engineer with broad experience supporting small to medium-sized clients by leveraging their expertise in Microsoft 365, server troubleshooting, and network administration. Job Summary:

You will provide high-level technical support to their clients. You will work with a team of engineers to design, implement, and maintain IT infrastructures. You will be expected to be a jack of all trades, possessing a broad range of technical skills, primarily Microsoft 365, with some server troubleshooting and network administration. Your primary focus will be ensuring our clients' IT systems' efficient operation and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with other team members to provide exceptional customer service and support.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex server issues, including Windows Server, Active Directory, and virtualization technologies.
• Perform regular system maintenance tasks, such as patch management and system backups.
• Participate in on-call rotations (every 8-10 weeks)
• Manage and maintain our clients' Microsoft 365 environments, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive for Business.
• Provide technical support to end-users, including desktop support and mobile device management.
• Manage and monitor network infrastructure, including firewalls, switches, and routers.

Requirements:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
• A Microsoft 365 Certification: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate is ideal but not mandatory.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• 3+ years of experience as a Systems Engineer in small to medium business environments, with expertise in Microsoft 365, server troubleshooting, and network administration.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong customer service skills and a commitment to providing exceptional service.
• Microsoft 365, Windows Server, or network administration certifications are a plus.
