REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Top Skills & Years of Experience:

- Minimum 3 years of experience as System/Business Analyst conducting Joint Application Design (JAD) sessions with Customers and requirement gatherings

- Minimum 2 years of experience in software testing

- Minimum 1 year of RDBMS / SQL experience

- Must have excelled oral and written communication skills. Position will be customer facing.

- Preferred experience in Agile/Scrum

Will need to be onsite 2-3 days per week in Detroit, MI office for hybrid work schedule. Only local

candidates will be considered at this time.
