Position Title: Supply Chain Specialist


Location: Green River, WY


Key Responsibilities:


  • Facilitation of product shipment (SAP IBS data entry, filing, production planning, reporting)
  • Truck and railcar coordination


Activities:


  • Maintain shipping departmental records
  • Process customer requirements to railcar / trucks, product quality, and delivery
  • Handle questions about department administration
  • Confirm and balance production / inventory in SAP
  • Weekend, on-call, and holiday rotation coverage
  • Communicate with customers and Customer Service / OFMs concerning shipment / delivery issues
  • Follow all company policies/procedures involving approved SOPs
  • Follow guidelines for certification/regulatory requirements including: Q7A, FSMA, ISO 9001 and FSSC 22000
  • Coordinate office equipment maintenance
  • Generate Bill of Lading and Certificate of Analysis
  • Provide backfill for other Specialist duties
  • Apply product analysis data from lab to customer orders
  • Support ISO 9000 efforts
  • Order and maintain inventory of office supplies


Skill, Capability, and Educational Requirements:


  • SAP skills preferred
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other general office skills
