Job Description

ABOUT THE POSITION

The Inventory to Deliver SME will support the Business process on the Plan to Produce value stream (Cycle Counting, Inventory Control, Picking, Pulling, Shipping & Receiving, Work definition, Work execution, Plant setup, Cost accounting) as well as RFSmart and Sigmanest. This role also supports corporate deployment of Oracle work execution software managing the development, implementation, coaching of business, IT support staff and reports to Director of Supply Chain Management.

To be successful in this role, your experience and competencies are:

  • ASCM or APICS certification as CSCP, CPIM, CLTD,ISM certification, preferred.
  • Experience with warehousing operations and bar code devices: picking, pulling, shipping & receiving, inventory control, material movement, performing cycle counting and reconciliations, and operation completions.
  • Requires a college or university degree or equivalent experience.
  • Self-starter, highly motivated to identify problems and take initiative to make corrective actions.
  • Excellent interpersonal, teamwork, organization, negotiation, conflict resolution and communication skills
  • Advanced analytical skills and excellent interpersonal skills are required to analyze complex and sensitive business issues, develop others, or persuade others inside and outside the department to take specific actions.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel is very important.
  • Experience as a project team member for a full lifecycle tier 1 ERP implementation project is a plus.
  • Experience with Oracle ERP preferred.
  • Ability to work independently to manage multiple projects and initiatives to meet established timelines.
  • 2+ years’ progressive experience in Materials Management, ideally for large global/multinational, process driven companies.
