Job Description
If you are an innovative Supply Chain Manager with a proven track record of success looking for an opportunity to grow, OsecoElfab has an exciting opportunity for you! Based in our Broken Arrow, OK facility, this position provides the opportunity to support our continued growth through the introduction of innovative supply chain programs and activities. This role is ideal for someone who has a track record of success in supply chain and logistics. This position will report to our US Director of Operations and will work with a team of like-minded and driven individuals.


AS THE SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGER YOU WILL:


  • Identify internal/external resources to address opportunities.
  • Be responsible for defining relevant KPIs necessary to drive required improvements and track performance.
  • Manage, coach, and develop a team of talented individuals to be successful.
  • Provides information and reports on data such as supplier performance, risk exposure, and future challenges and opportunities.
  • Implement the strategy through engaging OsecoElfabs’s existing and new suppliers, internal teams, and acquisition of required assets.
  • Develop strategic plans to improve productivity, quality, and efficiency of operations.
  • Manage OsecoElfabs’s overall supply chain operations, including purchasing and inventory of raw materials, selection of vendors, and distribution of finished goods.
  • Evaluate past performance data to forecast needs and production scheduling.
  • Provides strategic recommendations to senior leadership on innovative programs, improvement opportunities and new Supply Chain Management techniques.
  • Present effectively to our senior level executives.


WHO YOU ARE:

You drive those around you to be highly engaged and accountable for achieving the team’s objectives.


REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:


  • Strong Microsoft Office skills and experience.
  • Ability to travel up to 10%
  • Four years of supply chain operations related experience or training at a manager level
  • Experience working in ERP systems.
  • Bachelor's degree from Four-year College or University; or


PREFERRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:


  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365
  • Five to Seven (5-7) years of experience in supply chain or logistics in a global organization.
  • Experience in a make to order or engineered product organization
