Superintendent Jobs

A key member of the Albireo team, the Superintendent will be responsible for maintaining and meeting project schedules, material delivery, start-up and check-out, and performance of installers.

• Assist PM in material ordering, tracking, and delivery.
• Work with PM to identify any possible required RFI’s and/or change orders.
• Assisting PM, sales reps, and estimators with project scope review, and system design.
• Oversee and assist with multiple ongoing projects.
• Oversee the performance of our installers, technicians, and subcontractors to ensure that all work is completed on time, on schedule, and to specification.
• Assist PM in monthly labor and material cost forecasting for assigned projects.
• Coordination of all assigned projects with customer, AHJ when required, and PM.
• Identify any field performance issues to the PM.
• Maintain, track, oversee, and produce required project documentation, dailies, safety, etc.
• Maintain up to date As-Built documentation throughout project lifecycle.
• Maintain company, and any customer’s, required safety processes and procedures.
• Understand the contracted scope of work on all assigned projects.
• Assist PM and engineer to coordination of final Turnover Package and General User Training.
• Provide customer and co-worker support.
• Assist PM and engineer with the project turn over package to the service department.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years in the Construction industry.
• Strong computer skills required, MS Office, MS Project, etc.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Strong understanding of Electrical and Mechanical Systems , Checkout, Startup and System Commissioning.
• Effective communication skills both written and verbal.
• Firm understanding of reading and understanding shop drawings.
• Ability to read and interpret project design documentation.

Desirable Skill Set

• Bluebeam.
• OSHA 30 Certified.
• OSHPD Experience.
• Project financial reporting and forecasting.
• AutoCAD.
