: Bez-Oh Construction LLC, a reputable construction company specializing in reconstruction and demolition projects, is seeking skilled tradespeople to join our team. We are currently looking for Painters, Drywall Hangers and Finishers, Finish Carpenters, Cabinet Finishers, Door and Window Installers, Framers, Tile and Flooring Installers and individuals with minor plumbing and minor electrical experience. If you possess expertise in any of these trades, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

⦁Execute assigned tasks within your respective trade with precision, quality craftsmanship, and efficiency.

⦁Manage and maintain a clean and organized work area, prioritizing cleanliness and respect for client properties.

⦁Adhere to project timelines and complete tasks in a timely manner.

⦁Comply with safety regulations and best practices to ensure a secure working environment.

⦁Communicate effectively with team members, providing regular updates on progress and addressing any concerns or issues promptly.

⦁Demonstrate honesty, dependability, and integrity in all aspects of your work.

Requirements:

⦁Must provide proof of workers’ compensation insurance or an exemption certificate.

⦁Must be Bi-Lingual or able to speak, read and understand English. Please note that fluency in English or bilingual proficiency is necessary to effectively communicate with team members and adhere to safety guidelines on the job site.

⦁Proven experience and expertise in the respective trades (Painting, Drywall Hanging and Finishing, Finish Carpentry, Cabinet Finishing, Door and Window Installation, Framing, Tile, Flooring, Minor Plumbing, and Minor Electrical).

⦁Ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision.

⦁Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to and from our workshop. Transportation to and from jobs can be arranged if necessary.

⦁Strong work ethic, self-motivation, and a genuine enjoyment of the trade.

⦁Exceptional cleanliness and respect for client properties.

⦁Ability to adapt to changing project needs and priorities.

Compensation:

⦁Starting rate: $18.00 per hour.

⦁Pay increases based on performance, knowledge, skill, and craftsmanship.

⦁Potential to earn $22.50 per hour within the first three months.

⦁Opportunity for advancement to crew leader/management position, starting at $25.00 per hour.

Additional Information:

⦁Sub-contractors are responsible for paying their own self-employment taxes.

⦁Own tools preferred but not mandatory.

⦁Must provide workers' compensation insurance or workers' compensation exemption (assistance available).

⦁Candidates must be eligible to work in the U.S. and have their proper documentation stating so.

⦁Smoking on job sites is allowed in designated areas, but cigarette butts must be disposed of responsibly.

⦁Cleanliness and respect for client properties are paramount.
