About Sasquatch Strength

We offer fun, strength-based group workouts led by coaches who actually care and help coach you through the other 23 hours of your day when you’re not at the gym. At Sasquatch, we know that strength training is the gateway to long term wellness; we know that good relationships are the precursor to long and fulfilling lives and we know that EVERYONE deserves the confidence that comes from feeling good in their own skin. That’s why we’ve designed a program that gives real, regular people what they need: results that last, confidence, and peace of mind knowing their health is “taken care of”. We also know that our members’ lives don’t begin and end in the gym, so we emphasize the importance of what they do in “the other 23” - all the hours that they aren’t with us in the gym. We want everyone to live longer, better lives and we know that "better" is different for everyone. That's why we make it our mission to get to know every member personally and find out WHY they are with us, so we can work together to find a path to their individual goals…because everyone deserves to feel strong.
