Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Strategy & Execution Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies that drive the company's growth, profitability, and sustainability. This role requires a combination of analytical, strategic, and execution skills, as the individual will work closely with cross-functional teams to translate strategies into actionable plans that deliver results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop action plans that execute on the strategy and drive results.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in strategy and execution.
• Monitor and track progress against the strategy, identifying areas for improvement and making necessary adjustments.
• Develop and deliver reports, presentations, and other materials to communicate progress and results to senior leadership.
• Develop and implement strategic plans that align with the company's goals and objectives.
• Conduct research and analysis to identify market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.
• Provide guidance and support to other teams within the organization to ensure alignment and coordination of efforts.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in strategy and execution, management consulting, or a related field.
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to influence and inspire others towards a common goal.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information and develop actionable insights.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful strategies in a complex business environment.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas to stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience working in cross-functional teams and leading initiatives across multiple departments.
