Job Description
Are you ready to take on a hands-on and process-focused role that will shape the future of our lender and real estate partnerships? We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Strategic Partnership Manager to join our dynamic team at a leading company in the finance industry.
As the Strategic Partnership Manager, you will play a pivotal role in designing and executing our partnership strategy with top Loan Officers and Real Estate Agents nationwide. Reporting directly to the Director of Growth, you'll collaborate closely with the Revenue Operations and Marketing teams to refine and implement strategies that boost adoption and repeat business within our signed brokerage partnerships.
Your primary mission will be to engage and educate front-line agents at our partner firms, driving increased adoption and enhancing their overall experience. We're looking for a candidate who thrives on rolling up their sleeves, working diligently, and building effective processes from the ground up. Your data-driven approach, commitment to accountability, and openness to constructive feedback with a growth mindset will make you a perfect fit for this role.
Key Responsibilities
Be the driving force behind sales growth in our lender and realtor partnership channels.
Enhance and build upon our existing tactics to onboard and retain front-line agent relationships within our signed partnerships.
Measure and improve activation and repeat rates among front-line agents at our partner mortgage brokerages.
Act as a crucial link between customers and the product team, providing valuable feedback for continuous product improvement.
Qualifications
Proven experience in industry sales, with a focus on selling through Loan Officers and/or Real Estate Agents.
Specific examples may include wholesale Account Executives, Title Insurance, or Home Warranties, among others.
Prior Experience In Sales Through Channel Partners Is Essential.
Demonstrated personal accountability and integrity.
Visionary mindset for building process-driven sales tactics.
Ability to inspire and motivate your team.
Minimum of 3 years in a Business Development role.
