Strategic Finance Lead Jobs

Summary

As the first member of the Strategic Finance team, you will drive our financial planning processes and partner with leaders across the organization to set targets and make investment decisions. You will be in a unique position to understand our full business at the driver level and will help support cross-functional decision-making from that foundation. This role reports directly to the CEO and will work closely with cross-functional leadership.

You will:

• Develop management reporting cadence to deliver key insights to senior leadership and the Board
• Perform analysis on financial results and operating KPIs, identifying underlying trends and areas of opportunity
• Support corporate development initiatives and completes other duties as assigned
• Be a strategic financial voice to production, supply chain, and retail operations and help prioritize key initiatives
• Establish and drive ongoing budgeting and forecasting processes, working closely with other teams to ensure resource allocation ties to the company’s strategic goals
• Build, improve, and maintain the company model, linking key actions and inputs to company growth and profitability

You’d be a great fit if...

• You have 7+ years of experience with

- 2+ years of investment banking, private equity, or similar experience

- and 2+ years of finance experience at a high-growth company

• You have a strong sense of ownership and outcome-oriented drive
• You understand that people drive change, not spreadsheets, and are passionate about working with partners across all levels of the organization to steer progress
• You have excellent financial modeling and quantitative skills
• You have exceptional analytical skills with the ability to drill down into the weeds while maintaining a strategic lens
• You display a high level of genuine curiosity about our business, ask a lot of questions, and exhibit an eagerness to learn

Required Skills & Abilities

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent software skills, including Excel and ERPs
• Excellent communication skills, and strong experience working cross-functionally in a clear and effective manner
• Onsite presence is preferred 75%+ of the time in the Bellevue area (some of this may move to the Southern King County region)
