Job Description
Choose Greatness!! We are looking for an individual with a fantastic personality who shows lots of attitude whose high energy and sense of urgency is contagious. This role will be responsible for managing the day to day operations and all customer service related to enmarket QSR food production, training, customer service and product inventory. The General Manager will provide outstanding customer service while complying with all company standards, ensure all assistance is provided quickly and proficiently to maintain company culture. The General Manager will drive the team to be guest focused by focusing on the following behaviors: Be Fun. Be Clean. Be Right. Be Fast. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Ability to stoop, bend, stretch, reach, reach above arms, stack, lift and carry objects and inventory weighing up to 50 pounds
  • Order replacement uniforms
  • Keep bathroom area clean
  • Use of hands and fingers to handle small tools, equipment, and money
  • Maintain proper staffing levels
  • Separate staff if needed
  • Ensure team is fun and friendly attitude during transactions
  • Create and maintain a stable work environment and consistency in service offerings.
  • Educate and train new employees on all brand standards and procedures
  • Inventory Control
  • Greet customers with energy and enthusiasm
  • Ensure all food is stored, held, prepared and served in a controlled, food safe manner
  • Sample with a Smile
  • Understand Back office system and pull necessary reports
  • Communicate store sales goals to staff
  • Understand and explain all current promotions to guests
  • Maintain proper inventory
  • BOH and (POS) Responsibilities
  • Maintain store cleanliness
  • Educate guests on Brand Promise products and flavors
  • Use of finger dexterity to use POS and KPS systems, as well as completing administrative work including writing, typing and filing
  • Team Development
  • Manage scheduling and payroll to meet store goals
  • Coach and motivate staff through goals
  • Train and develop team to grow the concept
  • Understand daily Point of Sale responsibilities
  • Implement reward/recognition for staff to encourage increased store sales
  • Ensure dining room; BOH; Kitchen and FOH is clean and safe
  • Process payroll
  • Follow up with staff to ensure goals are being achieved
  • Maintain great working attitude toward customers, responsibilities, and peers
  • Order uniforms for new employees
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time without breaks

  • Physical Requirements
  • Ability to read, hear, understand, and respond to requests and to communicate information clearly using the English language
  • Ensure all County/City and State Health regulations are met and followed
