The essential functions for all jobs at Schnucks include the following:

• Regular, reliable attendance
• Standing on your feet 4 to 8 hours at a time
• Working in cold and warm environments
• Additional functions vary based on specific jobs
• Bending, stooping, and kneeling
• Lifting 25 to 50 pounds on a regular basis

• Store Support Center Teammates: minimum of one year employment with Schnucks.
• If invited for an interview, must have manager approval based on performance.
• Store/Facility Teammates: minimum of six months employment with Schnucks.
