Job Description

A Läderach Store Associate is a brand ambassador, passionate about providing a wonderful shopping experience for Läderach customers. The ideal Store Associate is a chocolate-lover with vibrant energy and a welcoming personality who enjoys a dynamic retail environment.

General Duties Include:

  • Supporting store managers with visual merchandising set up and other store-related projects
  • Helping to achieve in-store compliance and loss prevention standards
  • Executing product sales and register duties, including shop and shelf care, gift packaging and in-shop order fulfillment
  • Delivering outstanding in-store customer experience, including providing thorough accurate information on Läderach products
  • Targeting the store sales goals through helpful recommendations
  • Following merchandising and food safety protocols

Desired Qualifications Include:

  • Equipped with strong interpersonal skills (ability to communicate effectively)
  • Ability to speak multiple languages
  • Quality-minded with keen attention to detail
  • Experience in premium retail or similar fast-paced, customer-minded environment
  • Reliable and flexible (including the availability to work extended hours, weekends, and holiday hours based on store needs)
  • Passionate about chocolate

Compensation Include:

  • $16-$17 Hourly
