Job Description
We are currently seeking a Stocks Partner Coach. As a Stocks Partner Coach, you will be responsible for providing high-quality Stocks education and support to our Financial Trading Community's members. You will be responsible for creating and delivering engaging, informative Stocks courses and tutorials, and providing ongoing support to members to ensure their success. Your goal will be to help members achieve their financial goals through Stocks trading while ensuring that our programs are in compliance with regulatory requirements.


Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement strategies to increase member retention and engagement.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in Stocks trading and education.
  • Ensure that all Stocks programs are in compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and deliver high-quality Stocks courses and tutorials that meet the needs of members.
  • Provide ongoing support to members to ensure their success in Stocks trading.
  • Monitor member feedback and adjust programs as needed to ensure high levels of satisfaction and engagement.
  • Collaborate with other instructors to develop new courses and improve existing programs.


Revenue generated through Futures programs - Create and implement revenue-generating strategies for the Stocks education and support programs. This includes identifying new revenue streams, analyzing pricing strategies, and conducting market research to identify areas for growth.


Member Satisfaction - Monitoring member satisfaction levels by gathering feedback, tracking course satisfaction ratings, and identifying areas for improvement. This includes collaborating with the team to continually improve the quality of courses and tutorials to ensure members have a positive experience.


Member Retention and Completion - Track member retention and completion rates by monitoring renewal rates, course completion rates, and average time to complete a course. This includes identifying areas where members are dropping off and creating strategies to improve engagement and course completion.


Course development and management - Manage the development and implementation of courses, tutorials, and educational materials. This includes working with subject matter experts to develop course content, creating timelines for course delivery, and overseeing the implementation of courses.


Compliance management - Ensure that all courses and educational materials are in compliance with industry regulations and standards. This includes conducting regular reviews of materials, ensuring that courses are up-to-date with current best practices, and collaborating with regulatory bodies to ensure that the program is meeting industry standards.


Team Collaboration- Collaborate with a team of instructors and educators. This includes conducting regular performance reviews, providing coaching and feedback, and ensuring that the team is aligned with the overall goals and objectives of the Stocks education and support programs.


Requirements:


  • Strong knowledge of Stocks trading and the financial industry
  • Proven experience as a Stocks instructor or in a similar role
  • Ability to provide exceptional customer service and support to members
  • Experience developing and delivering engaging and informative courses and tutorials
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a related field preferred
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements related to Stocks trading and education
