The Stock Associate will be the premier “RETAILTAINER”, providing unforgettable customer experience, and promote brand awareness.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Accountability:

• Display enthusiasm and promote a cohesive group working environment; work closely with others as necessary; support group decisions and solicit opinions from coworkers; display team spirit.
• Represent brand and core values appropriately at all times.
• Must be proficient in product knowledge.

Stocking:

• Process new merchandise; assist in floor moves and merchandising floor to company standards
• Receiving new shipments and maintaining stock rooms to company standards
• Assist in maintaining the store in a presentable condition, and supporting management/ sales team at all times
• Responsible for following all company operational procedures to ensure minimal loss/shrinkage
• Receiving and processing new merchandise

Customer Relations:

• Must be able to articulately convey the brand language.
• Shares information and communicates clearly to all levels internal and external.
• Maintains the spirit of ownership by demonstrating problem solving skills to overcome obstacles and challenges.

Operations:

• Operational Responsibilities include cleaning, trash removal, backroom/rest room maintenance, mopping floors, etc.
• Assist in set-up for special events and promotions.
• Understands all Loss Prevention (LP) policies and procedures and communicates LP issues with Store Manager.
• Merchandises displays to visual guidelines.
• Ensures visual standards are appropriate and support the brand image.
• Ensures all operational standards are maintained.
