Job Description

Support the Digital Biology Group’s expansion into quality control applications for Cell and Gene Therapy and translational research in Oncology. Leading a team of research associates and scientists, you’ll drive the development of innovative applications – from designing assays, planning experiments to performing data analysis and optimization. You’ll also partner with engineers, bioinformatics, marketing, and many others to deliver applications and products that empower our customers to improve healthcare outcomes for millions.

How You’ll Make An Impact:

  • Hire, nurture, and manage a team of research associates and scientists.
  • Design effective experiments, perform data analysis, and document your research under a Quality Management System.
  • Accelerate innovation in translational research in Oncology.
  • Establish plans and protocols for product feasibility testing, optimization, verification, validation, and launch.
  • Advance quality control applications for Cell and Gene Therapy.

What You Bring:

  • Familiarity with CLSI guidelines.
  • Experience with nucleic acid technology relating to PCR, qPCR, multiplex PCR, and digital PCR
  • Work Experience: Minimum 6 years of related experience.
  • Education: PhD or a Master’s degree OR minimum of 8 years related experience and a Bachelor’s degree.
  • Strong communication and critical thinking skills with a growth mindset and eagerness to problem-solve in a dynamic environment.
  • Aptitude for writing clear plans, reports, and SOPs and presenting your progress to colleagues and senior management.

Compensation:
The estimated base salary range for this position is $127,000 to $164,000 at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be provided in writing at the time of offer, if applicable, and is based on several factors we believe fairly and accurately impact compensation, including geographic location, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and other job permitted factors. This position is eligible for a variable annual bonus, which is dependent upon achievement of your individual objectives and Company performance.
