Position Overview:
Entrust is seeking for a highly skilled and experienced Sr. QA Automation Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for automating the testing of our web pages across all major browsers, operating systems, and devices. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in QA testing websites and a passion and experience creating automated test cases necessary for large regression test suites.
Responsibilities:
  • Creating test data set for functional/manual testing of current product increment/ current sprint
  • Understanding user stories and creating test cases (happy path, negative path, and edge cases)
  • Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate automated testing activities
  • Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to identify the potential for any operational issues and resolve the issues before the features are complete
  • Assist with smoke test planning, documentation, execution and reporting
  • Creating regression scripts of previous sprints to run in the current sprint’s regression testing
  • Manage and maintain the test automation framework
  • Convert manual test cases and documentation into automated test cases
  • Test web pages across all major browsers, operating systems, and devices, including major versions
  • Performing integration testing, user acceptance testing, and regression testing on Integration, QA and Staging environments
  • Perform functional testing accordingly to support solutions launches
  • Develop and maintain automated test scripts, track results and report issues timely
Basic Qualifications:
  • Expertise with test automation and scripting (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript)
  • Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Engineering or other related fields
  • 5+ years’ experience in Software Quality Assurance and/or Product testing
Preferred Qualifications:
  • An understanding of Agile and Waterfall software development methods is a plus
  • Experience with Azure DevOps Test Plans
  • Intermediate competence with the following languages and technologies-C#, J JavaScript, Selenium, Postman, Swagger, SQL etc.
  • Experience with RPA testing platforms like UiPath Test Automation
