Job Description
ADP is hiring a Sr. Marketing Campaign Developer. In this position you will support BU focused demand generation. Development of an end-to-end campaign development process including working in partnership with BU assigned Business Relationship Managers, sales operations and growth marketing teams to convert desired business outcomes into campaign executables.. Uses specific measures and tactics to determine process efficiencies and optimization in marketing campaign and program implementation.

Responsibilities


  • Leads the development of new sales and/or marketing promotional support programs and materials (i.e. direct mail, press releases, fact sheets, brochures, newsletters, email campaigns, testimonials, business impact stories, promotions, demos, training etc.) and ensures that materials are developed in a timely manner.
  • Proactively monitors emerging B2B demand generation market strategies and tactics to identify potential new opportunities for ADP.
  • Ensure campaigns are setup with appropriate tracking and help report and influence decisions on program performance.
  • Developing marketing assets for in-person and virtual events along with event production in assigned virtual event and environment technology.
  • Partners with BU Marketing leads to develop programs which map to specific business outcomes
  • Escalates requests for incremental funding if deemed necessary.
  • Identify and share best practices to enable synergies and economies of scale to be realized across the entire organizational entity.
  • Manage responsibility for all legal and internal stakeholder approval for assigned programs and campaigns.
  • Development of BU sales and marketing programs, including nurturing and scoring, to generate additional qualified leads for sales organization.
  • Manages schedules and controls daily activities and budget of projects with cross-functional matrix management of teams across marketing, sales, service, product and operations, including external agencies. This may include very complex campaigns that require a highly strategic approach to development.
  • Coordinates with ES corporate marketing to setup website support and lead distribution and develop tactics to maintain engagement with non-sales ready leads.
  • Coordinates activities within the divisions /region and / or sales teams across the ES Sales Enterprise.


Qualifications Required


  • Must have over 7 years of proven internal or external to ADP Demand Generation experience including cross functional projects.

Role is Hybrid out of an ADP Office.


Base salary offers for this position may vary based on factors such as location, skills, and relevant experience. Some positions may include additional compensation in the form of bonus, equity, or commissions. Compensation range for this role is - $68,700 - $139,300 / Year
