Job Description

Our higher education client is seeking to hire a Sr. Director of Marketing & Brand Strategy to lead a team dedicated to the growth of their reputable undergraduate, graduate, and executive education certificate programs with an international emphasis.


Location: Phoenix, AZ

Required Skills:

  • Prior hands on experience in branding and design (preferred)
  • Willingness to be hands on in a both tactical and strategic role
  • Lead, strategize, plan, develop, and implement marketing plans across: brand identity and consistency, content, messaging, design, paid advertising, lead generation, SEM, SEO, video, radio, television, direct marketing, promotions, web, print, and direct mail
  • 10+ years' experience (5 within leadership)
  • Manage full budget planning and monitoring
  • International marketing experience (preferred)
  • Extensive team leadership and direct report experience (lead a team of 3-4 direct reports)
  • Market research, a/b testing, optimization
