The Senior Director of Enterprise Applications is one of the primary leaders for our growing technology department. We are seeking a hands-on, proven technology leader to support and expand the use of all enterprise system applications, including all application enhancements, upgrades, and support. The individual will lead strategic technological planning for applications and cloud-based distributed systems to achieve business goals by prioritizing technology initiatives and coordinating the evaluation, development, deployment, and management of current and future application technologies with all stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will be located in the New Orleans area, however we are open to candidates working fully remote within the continental United States who would occasionally travel to New Orleans.
Essential Job Functions
  • Develops and links technical solutions to company requirements, goals, and objectives, with an emphasis on driving an Enterprise technical strategy and achieving a positive ROI.
  • Coordinates all application deployment with other technology leaders and business leaders across multiple units to ensure adequate infrastructure capacity is available.
  • Works with vendors, outside partners, and various department leaders to negotiate and manage contracts and establishes service level agreements as appropriate.
  • Drive Cloud First thinking and Deliver related Architecture.
  • Provides strategic direction, coaches, and mentors both junior and/or senior technical staff
  • Manages the life cycle of all enterprise applications and supporting systems through timely patching & upgrades.
  • Supports company wide process improvement using a creative, strategic, and innovative approach to change management
  • Ensures uniformity across technology systems infrastructure to enable effective application integration capabilities.
  • Leads research and evaluation of emerging technology, industry, and market trends to assist in project development and/or operational support activities for multiple teams or complex scenarios
  • Provides input and support to develop the overall technology applications strategy that ensures the needs and priorities of PosiGen’s Sales, Marketing, Operations, Customer Care, Asset Management, Fleet Monitoring, Human Resources, Accounting, and Finance functions are addressed while creating value for the business
  • Manages technology professionals who design, develop, or acquire and adapt application software as well as vendor/partner relationships
  • Manages budget relating to the technology product and in alignment with strategic capacity planning
  • Oversees the development and maintenance of the organization’s information needs ensuring all enterprise applications support PosiGen’s services and mission

  • Proven track record of leading SaaS solutions across various technology stacks - CRM (Salesforce preferred), ERP, GCP, AWS and Data Platform.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement a strategic Enterprise Applications roadmap to build and achieve a best-in-class organization.
  • Ability to analyze complex datasets to identify business trends, process bottlenecks, and operational efficiencies
  • Strategic thinking and technological analysis skills
Education/Experience
  • Experience with multi-year resource projects, technology plan monitoring, and management.
  • Strong Salesforce.com configuration, administration, design, and integration skills are required
  • Complex Enterprise Applications experience including system analysis, design, procurement, testing, implementation, documentation, vendor management, and license management
  • 10-15 years of experience implementing and supporting business applications in multiple functional areas.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems or related field is required
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.
  • Strong understanding of Sales, Marketing, HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT business processes.

Base Salary
$170,000—$190,000 USD
