The pay range is :$87,900.00 - $158,200.00

A role within the Assets Protection team means being part of a team that deliver a safe and secure culture in every supply chain building, build a culture of awareness and actionable insights to mitigate shortage risks in order to drive sales, improve accuracy and in-stocks through theft prevention and resolution, and lead through crisis events to protect our guest, team and brand.

An Senior Assets Protection Operations Manager (SAPOM) role in Global Supply Chain means you will manage a multi-level team comprised of both exempt AP leaders and non-exempt AP Security Specialists responsible for the execution of Assets Protection routines and initiatives to support secure environments and protect Target’s profitability. You will lead a secure work environment for all Target team members, temporary workers, vendors and visitors within a supply chain building and subsequent off site properties. You’ll support building leadership through security incident and crisis management preparations, along with real-time support and resolution. You’ll collaborate with key building leaders to identify and co-develop solutions to mitigate shortage. You’ll be accountable for ensuring routines are in place, and being executed, to identify, investigate and resolve theft and fraud activity. You will build strong relationships with law enforcement and community agencies. You’ll leverage a mix of key metrics, Lean Six Sigma, GEMBA walks and other activities to understand what’s working well and where to improve. Your teams will be enabled to do their best work in an environment of innovation, calculated risk, testing and learning. Getting to know your team and championing their unique strengths will motivate and inspire them to reach higher. With your support, both teams and individuals will improve through their clear understanding of goals and expectations, mutual accountability and regular constructive feedback. • 3+ years of retail and/or supply chain loss prevention experience
• 4 year degree or equivalent experience
• Experience influencing key business partners
