Database Engineer, Remote
Prestige Staffing has partnered with an innovative & fast-growing technology company that has built an AI powered SaaS platform used by some of the leading financial institutions to allow them to more efficiently exchange data and documents on their search for a Database Engineer to join their team.
The company has been growing quickly over the past three years as a result of signing on new clients as well as recent funding. They are looking to bring aboard their first true Database Engineer to work on multiple initiatives, including ETL work as part of a major replatforming initiative, introducing sharding capabilities, and building up their reporting capabilities for both internal users and as product features. Core Technologies include SQL Server, Azure, and SSIS.
This is a permanent, fully remote position.
Responsibilities/Requirements:

• Design a reporting database - start to assist with structure of reporting
• Build processes for Database maintenance
• Help with Architecture and optimization of the database - Sharding is coming in the future
• Ability to write stored procedures
• Service daily queries from product team
• Data migration and transformation related the Refactor -SSIS used for this
• ETL’s to Export data

Target salary is $140,000-160,000 base salary + bonus.
