Job Description

PASS of Atlanta is looking for a full-time SLP! We are a boutique clinic located off of Windy Hill on 75N. We are conveniently located near the Battery, E. Cobb, Smyrna, Vinings, and NE Buckhead.

We serve clients from about 12 months of age through high school, most of whom are toddlers and school-age children. We see a wide variety of speech-language disorder types, and are growing to include Feeding.

PASS is a private-pay clinic, so unlike most other practices, insurance does not dictate what we treat or for how long we treat. We see children for 30, 45, and 60-minute sessions. SLPs at PASS love the slower pace and high-quality sessions we provide to our clients. The owner is an SLP who sees clients and is available for feedback and mentoring.

The ideal applicant...

-loves working with children

-has a strong work ethic

-prides themself on giving high-quality sessions

-works well with others and independently

-enjoys a slower-paced environment

-provides upbeat, creative, and movement activities (when needed) in therapy sessions

-has a love of learning and wants to continue to grow stronger as a clinician

-has feeding and natural language acquisition experience or interest

Responsibilities

  • Communication with families for scheduling, cancellations, etc.
  • Participate in team meetings
  • Report writing for evaluations
  • Engage in continuing education (late talking, language, fluency, feeding, and natural language acquisition)
  • Complete daily documentation of therapy services using EMR software
  • Develop home programs as needed
  • Evaluate and treat pediatric populations

Qualifications

  • Organized with attention to detail
  • Experience or interest in working with late talking, literacy, executive functions, language, and fluency preferred
  • Appropriate licensure (i.e., ASHA & Georgia CCC- or CF- license)
  • Strong work ethic
  • Experience working with pediatrics
  • Team-oriented
