NETZSCH Premier Technologies, LLC is looking for a Spare Parts Salesperson for their Exton, PA facility. The Spare Parts Salesperson is part of a team that supports our customers by providing spare part technical information and spare part customer service and by selling spare parts. This is a customer facing position which directly contributes to increased sales volume from spare parts or new machinery sales.

Successful candidates will have similar previous experience providing technical customer service and/or inside sales or education from a technical or business school. In addition, candidates should have:

• The ability to communicate effectively and work closely with internal and external customers.
• Experience with Microsoft Office software and the ability to communicate via phone, videoconferencing, e-mail, and texting.
• SAP experience a plus.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Ability to perform basic math.
• The ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely matter, gather and analyze information skillfully, develop alternative solutions and work well in group problem solving situations.
