The Spa Attendant will clean the spa according to needs. This can include the following: Locker rooms, Lounges, Lobby, Treatment hallways, treatment rooms, offices and employee break rooms.

Duties

• Enjoy working with people and possess a friendly and outgoing personality.
• Sweep and mop all spa floors
• Must have enthusiasm and possess excellent customer service skills.
• Clean work area daily
• Excellent communication, listening and computer skills.
• Remove all trash from spa
• Must be detail-oriented and have ability to multi-task.
• Wipe down all countertops
• Must work professionally under pressure.
• Wipe down mirrors
• Ability to be efficient and productive in a fast-paced environment.
• Collect laundry from the resort’s laundry area and put away in spa
• Scrub toilets, showers and sinks.
• Dust furniture
• Folds laundry materials by hand and machine such as sheets, wash cloth, towels, blankets
• Inform management of cleaning supplies needed and maintenance issues

Education and/or Experience

• No previous Spa experience necessary, however, the right person for this position will be highly trainable and able to work alone.
• High School Diploma or GED
• Attendance at any product and service training courses is required.

Physical Demands

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, talk, and hear. In addition, the employee is occasionally required to taste and smell. The team member frequently is required to climb or balance. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
