Job Description
Join our team as a Spa Attendant for Wildflower Farms serving the needs of the business, our guests, and our colleagues by ensuring outstanding experiences at all times.


Core Responsibilities:


Please note that this is not an exhaustive list of everything that needs to be done! Within the Auberge family, our people always find new ways to look after the business, their guests, and their teammates.


  • Offer guests amenities such as water, tea, fruit, or snacks
  • Be familiar with all hotel services/features and local attractions/ activities to respond to guest inquiries accurately.
  • Maintain complete knowledge and comply with all departmental policies/service procedures.
  • Complete all opening and closing side duties as assigned.
  • Maintain complete knowledge of the pool area and chase lounge layout.
  • Answer questions about general property information and amenities
  • Great all guests entering pool area and help with suggestions of service provided.
  • Provide general spa orientation to guests upon arrival, such as the location and use of locker rooms, lounge areas, and hospitality stations
  • Stock towels, linens, supplies, and amenities in the locker room, lounge areas, and hospitality stations
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and well-organized spa environment through consistent monitoring of the locker/facility areas
  • Extend appreciation for guests’ patronage.
  • Organize assigned stations and ensure readiness prior to guest arrival.
  • Maintain complete knowledge of correct maintenance and use of equipment.
  • Welcome and greet guests, ensuring a prompt and courteous service is always provided and is in line with the Spa quality and service standards
  • Handle guest questions and concerns professionally, courteously, and promptly
  • Prepare and maintain the water station and amenities at the gym.
  • Maintain a positive attitude and contribute toward a quality work environment
  • Understand and anticipate guests’ needs, respond promptly, and acknowledge all guests, however busy and at whatever time of day.


Required Qualifications:


  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Enjoy working with people and possess a friendly and outgoing personality.
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced, customer service environment. Preferred.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent. Preferred.
