Spa Attendant Jobs

POSITION PROFILE: The Spa Attendant will be responsible for the overall smooth and efficient administration of the Spa including staffing team members, scheduling guests, completing payroll, ordering supplies, marketing Spa services and ensuring excellent customer service. They will strive to model the Pursell Farms core values in the completion of their work. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTION:

• At least two years of related retail sales/management experience. Prior Spa experience a plus Skills and Abilities:
• Ability to provide exceptional customer service and serve as a role model for team members
• Monitor and ensure that all financials are balanced according to guidelines and reported to controller properly
• High school graduate or equivalent GED required; AA degree in Business, Retail or similar field of study preferred
• Promote sales of collateral products and services
• Computer skills including MS Office, Excel, Springer-Miller or similar hospitality scheduling programs preferred
• Develop and implement SOP's for routine treatments and procedures
• Perform all other duties as needed DESIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS: Education:
• Ability to lead, manage and motivate team members to perform with excellence
• Knowledge of sales and payroll basics
• Ability to ensure a spotlessly clean and safe environment
• Ability to build relationships with guests to sustain repeat customers and attract new customers
• Willingness to work a variety of shifts including both weekday and weekend hours
• Use marketing tools to identify and recruit new clients both from our guest base and the greater community
• Work cooperatively with all other departments to ensure full utilization of Spa services
