JOB SUMMARY FOR SOURCING SPECIALIST:

• Seeking a Senior Sourcing Specialist who will assist with category management, RFP's, spend analysis in Tableau, and price negotiation in HR/ Financial Services sourcing realm.

RESPONSIBILITIES FOR SOURCING SPECIALIST:

• Responsible for identifying, recommending, leading, managing, documenting, communicating, and conducting strategic sourcing.
• Provides consulting to internal customers and business partners.
• Contributes to the continuous development of the strategic sourcing function
• Provides vendor evaluation and selection, request for proposals, and vendor negotiation projects for a variety of technical and non-technical products and services.
• Performs and utilizes vendor, market, spend, and other research to analyze and identify sourcing, negotiation, and other projects

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE FOR SOURCING SPECIALIST:

• 4-6+ years of sourcing experience in HR Services or related
• Bachelor's Degree required

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS FOR SOURCING SPECIALIST:

• Deep experience sourcing for consulting engagements, subscriptions, LexisNexis, LinkedIn or sourcing experience in HR Services
• Strong negotiation and communication skills a must
• Previous experience with RFPs in Ariba
• Previous experience using Tableau for spend analysis
