Job Description

This is a 3-month contract with the potential to extend further or convert to FTE based on budget/performance. Benefits are offered during the contract period (Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, Life insurance)


We are hiring a Product Marketing Contractor who will work as part of the Technology Product Marketing team to support our global go-to-market and sales enablement strategies in support of our Extend product campaigns & launch activities. You’ll be responsible for planning, structuring and executing launch deliverables, working effectively across multiple teams.

  • Project Management of Product launch materials, including updating & creating collateral, including Customer case studies, white papers, website content, case studies, data sheets, solution brochures, Sales FAQ’s, infographics and presentations to support communication, demand generation, and sales efforts
  • Support content build for global customer events including session abstracts and session content development
  • Work with Extend product marketing team, global campaigns and enablement stakeholders
  • Work closely with the customer advocacy team to help cultivate stories and value testimonials
  • Build strong relationships across Workday functional and regional teams in order to drive content development
  • Support other strategic activities directly related to supporting the rollout of these deliverables, like event support.


Requirements:

  • Project Management - Plan, structure and execute complex deliverables, working effectively in matrixed environments across multiple virtual teams, strong project management skills .
  • Functional Human Resources/Skills or IT content and campaigns experience a big plus
  • Distill detail into key messages and create impactful marketing assets via google slides.
  • Creative problem solving, and analytical skills along with ability to execute
  • Ability to write concisely and effectively communicate internally and externally.
  • Experience designing sales collateral based on sales conversations, calls, market research, and own expertise.
  • Results-driven marketing professional with a proven ability to deliver commitments on time while achieving or exceeding business goals
