As a Solar Setter at VIA Energy Solutions, you will be at the forefront of our operations, canvassing neighborhoods and generating high-quality leads through both conventional and creative means. If you are new to certain methods of lead generation, don't worry - we provide comprehensive training and the tools necessary for you to excel!

🔑 **Key Responsibilities:**

- Prospecting and establishing new client relationships

- Scheduling appointments with potential customers

- Nurturing leads and maintaining contact to ensure high quality

- Confirming appointments with potential customers

💰 **What's in it for you?**

Our compensation plan is highly competitive. You will receive a tiered commission ranging from 40% to 50% of the total commissions made from each appointment that leads to a close. But that's not all! For every contract signed, you will receive an additional bonus of $50 per kW. We also offer a range of other incentives to reward our high performers for their outstanding work.
