Description


Duties: Apply depth of knowledge and expertise to all aspects of the software development lifecycle, as well as partner continuously with many stakeholders on a daily basis to stay focused on common goals. Use expertise in various technology delivery concepts including Domain Driven Design, API oriented development, micro-service and event based architectures, and automation are key. Work on a team building cloud based solutions leveraging modern patterns with implementations in both private and public cloud platforms. Deliver software as an agile team member. Work on leveraging modern technologies including cloud backed APIs, micro-services and DevSec culture.


Qualifications


Minimum education and experience required: Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or related field of study plus 5 years of experience in the job offered or as Software Engineer, IT Consultant or related occupation. The employer will alternatively accept a Master in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field of study plus 3 years of experience in the job offered or as Software Engineer, IT Consultant or related occupation.


Skills Required: Requires experience in the following: Agile Methodology; Java Language with Spring; Springboot Framework; REST; Deploy application using CICD pipeline with Jenkins based tool; Cucumber; Gherkin; and Kafka.
