About the Role:
Twitch’s Community Engagement team is passionate about building features and products that help Twitch creators grow and connect with their communities. As an iOS engineer at Twitch, you will lead Community Engagement mobile projects, advise engineering and product leaders, and mentor other mobile engineers. You will report to the Senior Engineering Manager for Community Engagement Mobile.
You can work from San Francisco, CA; Irvine, CA; Seattle, WA; New York, NY; Salt Lake City, UT; or remote in the United States or Canada.
You Will:

• Identify and uphold engineering best practices and team processes
• Mentor less experienced mobile engineers
• Work across both technical and business-focused teams to deliver value to our creators and viewers
• Lead the software design, implementation, and delivery of high impact native mobile experiences

• Familiarity or experience working with GraphQL
• Experience with community-focused features like chat, content moderation, and streaming video
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $115,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $223,600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
