Software Engineer - All Levels - Remote | Wfh

Key Responsibilities
Collaborate closely with the development team to design and implement new features and enhancements.
Craft clean, maintainable code, adhering to SOLID principles to build robust and scalable systems.
Provide essential production support to ensure the reliability of our applications and subsystems.
Create and maintain comprehensive engineering documentation.
Actively participate in SCRUM events and ceremonies, including daily task updates and refinement/estimations.
Contribute to code reviews by offering constructive feedback on pull requests.
Independently liaise with other teams and departments as needed.
Serve as a mentor for Associate Engineers on our team.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
Minimum of 1+ year(s) of professional development experience.
Intermediate knowledge of the C# programming language is required.
Proficiency in frontend development (e.g., Vue.JS, JavaScript, HTML, CSS) is a plus.
Experience working with Python or similar languages is advantageous.
Strong skills in Microsoft SQL Server or other relational databases.
Proficient in troubleshooting code using debugging tools for both frontend and backend development.
Ability to build and maintain web services (e.g., SOAP, REST).
Excellent analytical, organizational, and decision-making abilities.
Familiarity with agile development methodologies, such as SCRUM.
Experience with source control systems (e.g., Git).
Knowledge of distributed computing and data frameworks; familiarity with Apache Kafka is beneficial.
Experience with cloud services is an added advantage.
