The Role
We’re looking for a software developer to work with our team of authentic, ambitious, smart, nice people to help us build the next generation of great venture-backed startups. You will have the unique opportunity to be an individual contributor in early MVP building for new startups, rapidly prototype innovative software interfaces, and partner with startup CEOs and the Studio team to build B2B software products - end to end.
What You’ll Be Doing:

• Create reusable, effective, and performant front-end components for our design system and component library.
• Collaborate closely with the Studio team and Founders to build delightful user experiences
• Develop clean, scalable, and easily maintained code
• Work with modern languages, frameworks, and tools to build performant products

What We're Looking For:

• You've shipped non-trivial SaaS products that have delighted users, perhaps some from the ground up
• You can make wise choices and take smart risks when dealing with ambiguous requirements. Once you have context, you can figure out how to solve problems on your own.
• You're adept with frontend technologies and are open to jumping in with mentorship in other areas
• You've demonstrated strong empathy not just as a software developer, but also in how you work and collaborate with others

Tech Stack:

• Python for Data and AI/ML
• Serverless Deployment (using Serverless.com framework and AWS Lambda)
• Node.js (both for web development and microservices)
• JavaScript (React)
• Github Workflow or other similar CI/CD pipelines.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Unlimited vacation policy
• The salary range for candidates in Canada is 120,000-130,000 CAD
• A generous benefits package including a healthcare spending account
• Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed above
• The salary range for candidates in Tulsa is 100,000-110,000 USD
• Fund Carry - a direct share in the financial success of the Studio ventures we build together
