Job Description
Responsibilities:
As a front-end software engineer you will provide engineering and technical support in areas of front-end software design, development, engineering, research, evaluation, deployment, integration, and maintenance of software and systems by:
  • Building efficient and reusable front-end abstractions and systems
  • Participating in design and code reviews
  • Identifying and addressing performance bottlenecks
You will also be responsible for working with, and interacting with team members, stakeholders, and end users to incorporate their innovations, ideas, and vice versa, as well as identify and communicate best practices for front-end engineering.

The selected candidate must posses an Active Secret clearance with the ability to obtain a Top Secret clearance
Qualifications:
Required Qualifications:
  • You have at least 3 years’ hands on experience:
    • Writing high-performance, reusable code for user interface (UI) components, performance debugging, and benchmarking
    • Developing rich applications with VueJS framework, HTML, CSS, JS
    • Working with the Vuex, Vue Router, and Vue CLI
    • Familiarity with RESTful APIs, AJAX, and async programming
  • You have hands on experience, working knowledge, and/or are aware of:
    • Scripting and programming languages like Java, Python, JavaScript, Shell Scripting, Groovy
    • Version control systems such as git, CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, and container orchestration platforms such as Docker.
    • Writing and maintaining automated tests (unit, integration, stress, load, etc.)
  • Must possess an active Secret clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain a Top secret Clearance
  • Mid-level: BS Degree + 3-4 years work experience or MS Degree + 0-2 years work experience
  • Senior-level: BS Degree + 5+ years work experience or MS Degree + 4-6 years work experience
    • Compensation will vary by level
  • You have hands-on experience with writing and maintaining automated tests (unit, integration, stress, load, etc.)

    • Senior-level: BS Degree + 5+ years work experience or MS Degree + 4-6 years work experience
      • Compensation will vary by level
  • You have working knowledge of Agile software development frameworks (Scrum and SAFe) and have hands on experience with continuous integration, continuous delivery practices
  • You have working knowledge of the following Atlassian products: Jira/Zephyr, Confluence, and Fisheye
  • Developing rich applications with VueJS framework, HTML, CSS, JS
  • Working with the Vuex, Vue Router, and Vue CLI

  • You desire to work in an agile and cross functional team environment, understand team goals and generate appropriate, innovative analytical insights to drive process and experience improvements
  • Posses an acitve Top Secret clearance
  • Ability to work with teams across geographic bounds

Salary at Noblis is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the combination of education, certifications, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, internal and external equity, location, and clearance level, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements and applicable employment laws. The projected compensation range for this position is provided within the posting and are based on full time status. Part time staff receive a prorated salary based on regularly scheduled hours. The estimated minimum and maximum displayed represents the broadest range for this position (inclusive of high geographic and high clearance requirements), and is just one component of Noblis’ total compensation package for employees.
