Position Overview:

We are looking for a vibrant and motivated Social Media & Marketing Intern to join our dynamic team. This role is perfect for college students who are eager to immerse themselves in the fast-paced world of a multi-million-dollar startup and gain invaluable, real-world experience. Key Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with our marketing team to develop and implement engaging social media strategies.
2. Create, curate, and manage published content across social platforms including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, and more.
3. Monitor, listen and respond to users in a way that builds community and engagement.
4. Analyze campaigns and translate data into recommendations to optimize social media strategies.
5. Stay updated on the latest social media trends and tools.
6. Assist in organizing and executing online and offline marketing events.
7. Work closely with other departments to ensure brand consistency.
8. Assist in producing regular reports on social media activity and results.

Requirements:

1. Must be enrolled in college or a recent graduate.
2. Proven experience in social media management or content creation.
3. Exceptional communication and writing skills.
4. Strong knowledge of popular social media platforms and their best practices.
5. Positive attitude and an unyielding passion for the sneaker and fashion industry.
6. A natural willingness to learn, with a robust work ethic.
7. Ability to work part-time and come into the office 2-3 days per week.
