Sarah Jenks International, Inc. is looking for a Social Media Marketing Assistant to execute our content marketing strategy across all channels. We pride ourselves on exceptional customer service and executing cutting edge marketing strategies to launch our programs into the world, having them reach as many women as possible.


Job Overview:

As our Social Media Assistant, you will be responsible for developing visual/video content, managing our content calendar, executing our social media strategy across all channels, providing excellent customer service to our community by promptly responding to all comments and direct messages, and providing data and analytic reports to our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with various social media platforms and a strong understanding of social media analytics.


This position is flexible but must be completed inside of east coast business hours. We’re a driven team of dedicated, disciplined A-players and we’re looking for one more. Your role and tasks may expand and change to adapt to our current needs as the company evolves and grows. In this work environment things move quickly and change, so you must be adaptable to change and think quickly on your feet.


Responsibilities:

  • Watch all recorded Ceremonies and in-program coaching calls and repurpose recorded content for use on social channels
  • Provide excellent and prompt customer service, responding to all comments and direct messages across channels
  • Develop a content calendar for each channel to ensure timely and consistent posting across all platforms
  • Utilize our project management software tool, Asana, to build workflow across the social team, track feedback approvals, project timelines and deliverables
  • Execute our social media strategy across all channels, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement
  • Collaborate with CEO, Managing Director, Business Admin and contract designer to ensure social media aligns with our overall marketing strategy
  • Monitor trends and updates in social media and make recommendations for improvement
  • Coordinate with our paid social campaign lead and assist in content creation
  • Create visual content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Analyze and report on social media engagement using various analytics tools


Requirements:

  • 3 years experience as a social media or marketing assistant
  • Creative mindset with the ability to create visually appealing content
  • Pinterest experience is strongly desired
  • Knowledge of social media analytics and reporting tools
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with social media trends and best practices
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Must LOVE creating Instagram reels, carousels, and repurposing creative for use on all channels
