We are seeking a Social Media Manager to help us grow our followers, turn them into leads, convert them into customers, and develop them into active promotors.

Primary Responsibilities Include

• Growing the company’s online presence by speaking to the problems families face and the promise of Synthesis
• Coordinating & scheduling our content calendar in collaboration with the design, content, and video teams
• Creating exceptionally great writing appropriate to each platform
• Track, measure, and analyze all initiatives to report on social media ROI
• Managing the company’s social media presence across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Twitter, LinkedIn, and other platforms as deemed relevant.
• Driving consistent, relevant traffic from social media

Job Requirements

Candidates at a minimum, must meet the following:

• 3+ years of experience working in social media marketing
• A professional portfolio with accounts that you’ve managed in the past (including examples of your own writing for those platforms and an analysis of the results achieved by your specific contribution)

• Growth mindset with a desire to learn quickly.
• Exceptional writing skills (design skills are a bonus).
• Highly organized and productive within a remote working environment.
• Work with an iterative mindset, being open and able to make continuous improvements.
• Strong communication and collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders.
