Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management

• Manage and oversee social media content on Instagram and LinkedIn
• Handle audience engagement, including responding to DMs and comments
• Create a content calendar for social media posts, subject to approval by client

Content Creation

• Develop social media posts, captions, and hashtags
• Use Canva to create visually appealing graphics for social media and newsletters

Website Management

• Make updates on the website as needed

Email Marketing

• Develop a consistent quarterly or monthly newsletter
• Create and manage email lists

Ad Hoc Projects

• Complete various projects as needed

Platforms

• Canva
• Instagram
• Kajabi
• LinkedIn

Requirements

• Ability to work during regular office hours (8am-5pm) in Eastern, Central, or Mountain Time
• Availability for a minimum of 5 hours per week, with potential for increased availability
• Must have experience in social media or digital marketing
• Organized and capable of managing multiple tasks
• Highly creative and adept at crafting compelling content
• Excellent communicator, both written and verbal
• Experience or interest in operating room or clinical background is a plus
• Tech-savvy and comfortable with digital platforms
