About the Role:

We are looking for a social media and influencer marketing manager who loves to innovate, develop best-in-class content, build relationships with cybersecurity influencers , and wants to 10X our brand reputation. We seek an experienced marketing professional to creatively and analytically bring the SecurityScorecard mission and brand to life online. The ideal candidate has a track record in implementing unique ideas to exponentially grow audiences, build brand affinity with industry influencers, and spark impactful conversations across the cybersecurity community. You’ll bring energy, storytelling, creativity, curiosity, influencer savvy, strategic thinking, and smart judgment to help share how SecurityScorecard is making the world a safer place.

Responsibilities:

• Support the strategic development of organic social media campaigns and assets, ranging from daily posts to product launches, social-first creative series, and influencer collaborations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional and executive leadership, creative teams, product teams, and external partners to create social-specific content and campaigns that support brand and business objectives.
• Manage overall content strategy and performance for SecurityScorecard corporate social media channels, continuously innovating with new formats and strategies.
• Use data to drive improvements in processes, tools, and resources for effective social media strategy and creative campaigns.
• Act as a champion for data, audience insights, and platform shifts. Share quarterly dashboards, best practices, strategy analysis, and competitive insights with stakeholders to demonstrate social results, community engagement, and test-and-learn opportunities.
• Identify and nurture relationships with prominent social media influencers and cybersecurity thought leaders; develop and execute influencer marketing strategies and creative campaigns.
• Set social media campaign KPIs that are aligned with business objectives.

Skills and qualifications:

• BA/BS degree in communications, marketing, English literature, or a related major preferred.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience building and shaping the social media presence of technology brands.
• Solid program management and organizational skills, and highly reliable with strong follow-through.
• Understanding of Marketing as a business function.
• Cybersecurity experience and the ability to communicate technical concepts are preferred.
• Excellent content development skills, with persuasive and thought leadership style writing. [Writing samples required]
• Portfolio showing social-first campaigns that drove community growth and increased following (please include this in your resume when applying).
• Expert knowledge of social media strategies, platforms, influencer trends, creative best practices, and scrappy production techniques.
• Ability to execute social media crisis communications
• Self-starter with the ability to succeed in a rapidly changing environment and industry.
