Social Media / Influencer Marketing Associate The Social Media / Influencer Marketing Associate will work with the Marketing team to increase brand awareness and create branded content. Passion for everything beauty needed and a professional background in skincare and/or nail care is a big plus! Our top priority is to maintain the brand aesthetic and voice on our social media platforms. Core Responsibilities

• Collect and monitor feedback on internal and external communications campaigns and suggest improvements where possible
• Daily brand representation on all platforms
• Content creation on all platforms
• Assist B2C Marketing Team in day-to-day agency relationships and keeping them accountable for strategic objectives and KPIs

Social Media Marketing

• Manage external agency with internal creative initiatives and social strategies
• Proficient in YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok
• Work with external agency for social media campaigns in brand’s voice and persona
• Develop and communicate engaging and consumer-friendly content for social media platforms
• Oversee brand social media content calendar
• Help implement, communicate and execute engaging and relevant content

Influencer Marketing

• Communicate and maintain relationships with influencers for earned and owned content
• Implement and reach out to Influencers to create campaigns and strategies
• Develop brand ambassador and affiliate programs

Qualifications

• Strong copywriting and communication skills required
• Detail-oriented with 2-3 years of relevant experience required
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Partake in conversations on beauty trends and current events
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms
• Bachelors degree, preferably in Marketing or Communications
