Site Supervisor Jobs

The Site Supervisor shall provide overall direction for field installation of projects in New Mexico. Owns direct responsibility for the safety, coordination, and quality control of all field activities at the customer’s site. Represents our company on the project site and ensures that the installation functions as designed and satisfies the contracted scope. The Site Supervisor must have experience in the installation of LED lighting retrofit scopes of work being implemented in government and/or healthcare facilities. The Site Supervisor must have the ability to read and understand blueprints, submittals, and plan details. They should be familiar with current building and electrical codes.
What would you be doing at Dalkia?

• Interpret building wiring diagrams
• Keep Project Manager informed of problems in a timely manner
• Work with Project Manager in identifying potential change orders
• Ensure all on-site employees comply with Dalkia Energy Solutions and OSHA standard safety rules and regulations
• Monitor crew performance, labor reporting, job cost reviews, and time sheets
• Maintain subcontractor and site-level customer relationships
• Work with Project Manager to maintain the job on time and budget
• Prepare reports requested by the Project Manager
• Verify and ensure the quality of work at the project job site
• Perform material take-offs, and order tools, materials, and equipment in a timely manner to maximize field productivity
• Schedule, monitor, control, and report the implementation activities of LED lighting and controls
• Coordinate work between trades as necessary

What is Dalkia looking for in a successful candidate?

• Good communication and troubleshooting skills
• Experience in leading crews of 3 or more
• 5 or more years in the Electrical trade
• NM Electrical license a plus
• Valid Driver’s license
• OSHA 10, or better a plus
• Proficient in use of computers and technology
