The Middleton Site Security and Facility Manager will help Pfizer ensure the highest safety and facility management standards are met at our Middleton WI location. What You Will Achieve
You will be responsible for managing all aspects of Site Security program at the Middleton, WI manufacturing site. Responsible for Facilities management which includes overseeing functions and outside services responsible for facility cleanliness and compliant operation.
How You Will Achieve It
  • Subject matter expert for pest control and general site housekeeping, supporting BOH inspections as necessary.
  • Responsible for lifecycle manage of buildings and facilities and grounds.
  • Oversee contracts and service providers for janitorial, pest control, lawncare/snow removal functions.
  • Responsible for developing corrective action plans and timelines for identified compliance gaps.
  • Establishes regular security inspections and coordinates with firefighting and civil law-enforcement agencies.
  • Oversee Site Security resources and programs.
  • Lead various aspects of facility planning for the site, including assist implementation of facility strategies, facility capital projects, and input on facility capital investments.
  • Develops relationships with site stakeholders including Global Security and Global EHS to ensure local program alignment and leverage network resources.
  • Assist with Maintenance Repair and Operations (MRO) spare parts program.
  • Ensure facilities meet cGMP standards by conducting regularly scheduled walkthroughs and inspections.
  • Responsible for identifying capital needs to support facility maintenance and incorporate into overall capital master plan.
  • Responds to call-outs and emergencies as necessary.
  • Coordinate service contracts and inspections related to fire suppression and security systems.
  • Plan and coordinate contracted resources for facility renovations and refurbishments.
  • Manages annual spending budget associated with service contracts and outside providers. Ensures appropriate funding for facilities management is duly reflected in the annual budget process.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
  • Experience as site security manager.
  • Familiarity with computerized asset management systems.
  • Applicant must have High School Diploma (or equivalent) and 8 years of relevant experience OR and associates degree with 6 years of experience OR a bachelors with at least 3 years of experience OR a masters with more than 1 year of experience.
  • Knowledge of OSHA and other environmental regulations.
  • Knowledge of operating requirements and safety precautions related to facility management.
  • Experience with access control and video surveillance systems.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Experience with negotiating service contracts.

Specific vision abilities required by this job include ability to distinguish colors and adjust focus.
NON-STANDARD WORK SCHEDULE, TRAVEL OR ENVIRONMENT REQUIREMENTS
Ability to respond to alarms/emergencies after hours.
