• We offer a “13th month” salary in December, which results in doubling the salary during the month of December.
• Starting 30 days after the working relationship has started, we offer Paid Vacation and Sick time depending on the number of days remaining in the calendar year. These pools of time will be reset at the beginning of each calendar year.
• At this time, we offer pay on a weekly basis via PayPal or Wise.com, but preferability Wise.com for ease of payments.
• For this position, we are offering a weekly salary range of $400 USD depending on experience, with the expectation of a 40-hour work week. During training the first few week's hours may be lower, but the salary rate will remain the same. The total per month would then be $ 1,600 USD. For highly skilled applicants, this can be negotiated upon completion of the application!

The Role

Your Responsibilities Will Include

• Video Editing: Edit short-form videos (15-60 seconds) in the style of TikTok, incorporating trendy effects, transitions, and music to make content visually appealing and engaging.
• Music Selection: Choose appropriate music tracks or sound effects from TikTok's library to enhance the mood and impact of the videos.
• Visual Effects: Utilize filters, text overlays, and special effects to enhance video quality and convey messages effectively. Experiment with different visual styles while maintaining brand consistency.
• Compliance: Stay informed about TikTok's community guidelines and copyright policies to ensure that all content complies with platform rules.
• Storyboarding: Collaborate with the Creative Performance Associates to ensure videos align with provided creation scripts. Maintain visual consistency with the established guidelines.

Ideal Profile

Requirements

• Knowledge of copyright and intellectual property rights related to video content.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and their technical requirements for video uploads.
• Creative mindset with an eye for detail and design aesthetics.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• A passion for staying updated on the latest social media and digital marketing trends.
• Strong understanding of TikTok trends, challenges, and best practices.
• Proven experience as a video editor with a strong portfolio of short-form video content, specifically in the TikTok style.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or TikTok's in-app editing tools).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with motion graphics and animation.
• Basic knowledge of video shooting and photography.
• Experience working with influencers or content creators.
