Job Description

We’re hiring a Shipping Clerk for our Stafford client!

We are looking for experienced, reliable, hard-working employees who can interview immediately!


DESCRIPTION OF YOUR DREAM JOB:

  • Job Title: Shipping Clerk
  • Duration: Temp-Hire
  • Requirements: Must have experience with filling out BOL’S and shipping documents. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs alone and buddy lift up to 100lbs. Forklift experience required.
  • Description of Duties: Adjust to new ISO policies regarding the receiving of inventory. Compile and print all current and previous days shipping reports. Create shipping documents for domestic and international shipments. Check all shipping status on express and international shipments. Prioritize daily shipping log. Handle shipping documents for control exports. Pull items for testing prior to shipment. Ensure all items are tested, print shipping labels, pack merchandise and input all shipping instructions in the computer and set up shipping dates / times for deliveries. Meet the individual shippers for daily pickups. Provide shipping quotes to sales support and assist customers with tracking information as needed. Make ready reports for morning management meetings.
  • Location: Stafford, TX
  • Pay: $20 per hour
  • Hours: 8am to 5pm
